What is The Return?
The Return is a sacred 1:1 womb healing journey designed to bring you back into deep relationship with the most powerful centre in your body – your womb.
Through reiki, sound healing, intentional sacred space and guided womb visualisation, I hold space for your body to soften, your nervous system to settle and your womb to speak.
This journey is a reclaiming of the intuition, wisdom and truth that has always lived within you but may have been buried beneath the noise of everyday life, the weight of other people's expectations and the years of abandoning yourself to keep up in a world that was not designed with you in mind.
You will leave different to how you arrived. Lighter. More anchored. More you. And with a channeled piece of writing created specifically for you in the session – a transmission to carry forward as you continue your journey home to yourself.

When you come for a 1:1 session, you are not coming to be healed by me.
You are coming to remember your own innate capacity to heal.
I hold the container and offer Reiki, Sound and Visualisation as a supportive current, but you remain in choice, in sovereignty, and in the driver’s seat of your healing journey. You receive only what you are ready and willing to receive.
My sessions will always be held with the intention for you to come back to your own inner intelligence, sovereignty and feminine power.
