SHE Speaks is a, nurturing and playful space for women to reconnect with their true selves, rediscover their voices, and reclaim their stories. Guided by Isabella, a multi-faceted creative and Reiki Practitioner, this circle invites you to explore the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten or dismissed.

Each month, you can expect:

• Reiki Energy Healing to receive and restore

• Creative expression through poetry and movement

• Open sharing in a supportive and present container

• Yummy Ayurvedic snacks and tea to nourish your body

You will receive a poem channeled by Isabella to take home and continue your personal journey with.
