She Speaks is a, nurturing and playful space for women to reconnect with their true selves, rediscover their voices, and reclaim their stories. Guided by Isabella, a multi-faceted creative and Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, this circle invites you to explore the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten or dismissed.

Each month, you can expect:

• Storytelling 

• Creative expression through poetry, art, and movement

• Open sharing in a supportive and present container

• Yummy Ayurvedic snacks and tea to nourish your body

You'll also receive a poem channeled by Isabella, along with reflective questions, to take home and continue your personal journey.
